Shlomit is a seasoned executive, with a strong professional background as a financial and organizational leader and who has a deep understanding of the legal services and high-tech industries.

Shlomit served as the CFO of a large law firm for 15 years, leading the implementation of legal technology solutions aimed at enhancing the firm's economic performance and business growth.

Our CEO's profound understanding of the challenges faced by legal teams, alongside her dedication to exceeding client expectations, together set the tone for the company's client-centric ethos.

Shlomit holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Alon Singer

Co-Founder & CTO

Alon, our CTO, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a robust professional engineering background in the high-tech industry, Alon has effectively led and overseen product development teams.

In addition to his technical capabilities, Alon is a certified attorney with significant legal expertise in the commercial aspects of the high-tech sector.

Alon brings together elements from the worlds of technology and law to create innovative solutions tailored to legal practitioners’ needs.

He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and is a Certified Attorney.
